Because our products are digital downloads (Excel templates, training courses, ZIP files), they are delivered instantly and are non-returnable in the traditional sense.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase only if:
- The product is significantly defective (e.g., file corruption, missing major content)
- You have not downloaded or accessed the product extensively
Digital nature exception: Once you have downloaded the files or accessed the course materials significantly (more than 30% completion for courses), refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital goods.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- "Didn't like it" after full access/download
- Inability to use due to your own system incompatibility (products are standard Excel/.xlsx format – test compatibility before purchase)
- Failure to follow instructions or lack of required software (Microsoft Excel or compatible viewer)
How to Request a Refund
- 1. Email us at support@exceltrainingandtemplates.online within 30 days
- 2. Include: Order number, date of purchase, reason for request, proof of issue (if applicable)
- 3. We will review within 7 business days
- 4. If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method (processing time depends on your bank/payment processor – usually 5–14 days)
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
